Job Overview
Love all things home decor? Our family-run business seeks motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers and promote our home goods effectively. As a Sales Associate, your main role is to create a positive shopping experience for our customers, helping them pick out holiday goods and gifts.
Duties
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain stock levels by replacing merchandise on the sales floor
• Showcase product features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products
• Assist in achieving sales goals through effective selling techniques and upselling strategies
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Professional and punctual demeanor
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
• Experience with Square is a plus
• A proactive approach to learning about products

Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm
Friday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm
