Guidelines for reserving tables in the mall for outside birthday Parties:
If you want to book a Kids’ Castle Birthday Party, click here.
The Food Court tables cannot be reserved for birthday parties.
Guests holding or reserving tables in the Food Court will be asked to move to the tables in the Dillard’s wing of the mall.
Tables in the Dillard’s wing will be used on a first come, first serve basis.
At least half of your party has to be seated at the tables in order to reserve or hold the tables in the Dillard’s wing of the mall.
No reservation signs can be used to hold the table while you are shopping.
Reservation signs will be removed.
Guests have a 60 minute time limit for table usage for birthday parties.
Once guests have reached the 60 minute limit, Lakeside Security may ask the guests to move the party.
Lakeside employees are not responsible for reserving tables and cannot help guests reserve tables in the mall for any reason.
No outside food or drinks are allowed.
All food and beverages, including birthday cakes, must be purchased from a restaurant in the Food Court or on Lakeside property.
Decorations and balloons are not allowed.
Guests are allowed to bring plates, cups, and napkins for the food and beverages purchased on property.
Lighting candles is strictly prohibited in the mall.
Guidelines for reserving the table for Build-a-Bear Birthday Parties:
If you are booking a Build-A-Bear party, you are able to reserve the round table in the J.C. Penney wing of the mall.
Guests can call the Concierge Booth in the main mall to book this table, 504-837-4280. This is only allowed when booking a Build-A-Bear party.
The Concierge Booth is a third-party vendor of Lakeside Shopping Center.
