Lakeside Shopping Center and Fit Mom USA have teamed up to offer Fit Mom Stroller Exercise Classes at Lakeside Shopping Center.

These classes are an organized system of exercises built to suit pre-and post-natal moms and their babies and children.

They are the only such classes in the New Orleans area!

Taught by certified fitness professionals who also happen to be moms themselves.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am-9:30am at Lakeside Shopping Center.

Pre-registration is required and class size is limited.
